How to Export WooCommerce Orders
Two built-in ways to get every order out of WooCommerce, and when you need each one.
Go to Analytics, then Orders, set the date range to all time and click Download. If the report spans more than one page, WooCommerce builds it in the background and emails a link to the account that asked for it. For a raw copy of every order, use WordPress Tools, Export.
Before you export WooCommerce data

You need an administrator or shop manager account. The emailed link goes only to the WordPress user who requested it, and stays valid for one week.
Step by step
01Open the Orders report
In WordPress admin, go to Analytics, then Orders.
02Set the date range
Use the date picker to choose a range that starts before your first order. All time is what you want for record value.
03Click Download
Click Download in the top right of the table. Small reports download right away.
04Wait for the email
Larger reports are emailed. The link works for a week and can be used more than once.
05Export customers
Repeat from Analytics, Customers.
06Take a full XML copy
Go to Tools, Export, select Orders and download. It has no filters and includes every order ever created.
How to find the size of your WooCommerce data
Analytics, Overview shows total orders for any date range. Set it to all time and note total orders, customers, and how many years the store has been running.
What a full WooCommerce export is worth

Common problems
- Download email never came. It only goes to the WordPress user who clicked Download. Check that account's inbox.
- Link expired. Links last a week. Go back to the report and download again.
- Numbers don't match old Reports. Analytics and the legacy Reports handle refunds and net sales differently.
- XML file is huge. That's expected. It's every order with no filters.
